That having regard to the design and size of the front extension and the relationship of its roof pitch and proportions with the existing bungalow the proposal represents an inappropriate and incongruous form of extension that would detract from the character, appearance and detailing of the existing dwelling and would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft) and the advice contained within Section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
