That within one month from the date of this decision the alterations as detailed to the doors shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be implemented in accordance with the approved scheme and so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
That the front openings of the building shall not be closed by doors, except in accordance with details which shall have been first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
