That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the brick plinth shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
be in accordance with policies H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local
Plan and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second
Deposit Draft).
That the materials to be used for the window frames shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the adjoining conservatory.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
be in accordance with policies H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local
Plan and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second
