Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the wall connecting the garage and log store hereby approved and the front boundary shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, C2 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage with log store hereby permitted shall not be constructed in addition to or in combination with any part of the garages permitted under reference P99/S0056 or P02/S0847. Accordingly this permission shall be alternative to the previous permissions so that any one but not more than one, may be implemented. Reason: As the implementation of the garages and log stores approved under P99/S0056 and P02/S0847 would result in an unsatisfactory relationship between the buildings contrary to policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
