Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roofs of the buildings.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
accord with policies G8 and H12 of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the bathroom and en-suite windows in the side elevations of the building hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord
with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevations of the building other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord
with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
