As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1, G13, CON8, CON10 and CON12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and to Policies G2, CON1, CON11 and CON13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit (Draft).
