That no work shall begin until a specification of the type, design and external finish of the new external door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the door shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with policies G1 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
