Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 16th July 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the location of the parking spaces in such close proximity to the building and their relationship with the ground floor flat, the movements associated with the use of the spaces would result in unsatisfactory levels of privacy and amenity for the occupants of the ground floor flat. Furthermore the provision of the parking spaces in the location proposed involves the loss of garden area for the existing flats which would result in unsatisfactory levels of amenity for the occupants of all the flats. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1, G10, H11 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2, D2, D3 and H11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft.
