That the shiplap cladding on the garage walls shall be stained dark brown and the roof shall be finished with felt tiles unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to be in accordance with policies G8 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
