Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external alterations (including painting the exterior) shall be made to the buildings without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with
policies CON7, C1 and C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan 1997 and policies C1 CON7 and E8 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft June 2002.
There shall be no external lighting on the site unless it has been installed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, such details to provide information on the level of intensity of illumination at which the lighting is to be provided and retained.
Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the rural area in accordance with
policies C1 and CON7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan 1997 and policies CON7 and EP3 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft June 2002.
That vehicle parking in association with the uses hereby approved shall only take place in the areas shown on the 1:200 scale location plan submitted with the application unless the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority has been given to any alternative scheme.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy C1 of
the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy C1 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft June 2002.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting those orders with or without modification) building 1 as depicted on the submitted plan shall be used only for light industrial purposes within Use Class B1c and no other use whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: That any other use of the building would require further detailed
consideration by the Local Planning Authority in accordance with
policy C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997
and policy E8 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local
Plan 2011 (June 2002).
That the uses hereby permitted shall be confined solely to the buildings.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies C1
and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies C1 CON7
and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft
June 2002.
