Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 7th July 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal to create a new access would require the removal of mature sycamore trees in order to create an adequate level of visibility. The trees form an attractive screening boundary to the main road and are an important feature in the local landscape and their loss would detract from the visual amenity and landscape setting of the locality. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1, C1, C3 and C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2, C1 and C10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft.
