Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used shall be in accordance with the specification shown on drawing reference REC/PYR/2.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON10 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage doors shall be timber and side hung.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON10 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a tree protection scheme should be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any works. This scheme shall include a driveway specification and method statement which incorporates a 'no dig' technique and a geo-web system. Any service runs, including drainage and soakaways should also be diverted to avoid the protection zones for the existing trees specified in BS 5837.
Reason: To protect existing trees in accordance with Policies G1, CON10 and
C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the parking provision shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of any works. Thereafter the car parking area shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the planning permission are satisfactory
in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON10 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
