Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of six months beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

That the use of the mast shall be as specified in the application to serve the needs of the Police and other public safety organisations only and shall be discontinued on or before whichever is earlier of the coming into operation of the use of the nearest available National Grid Pylon for the telecommunications purposes described in this application or 30 November 2004. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the mast and all its ancillary equipment shall be dismantled and removed from the land on or before whichever is the earlier date of the coming into operation of the use of the nearest avaiable National Grid Pylon for the telecommunications purposes described in this application or 30 November 2004 and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and to safeguard the character of the area and in order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That this permission shall enure for the benefit of Airwave MM02 Limited only in the provision of the service to the Police and other public serve organisations as specified in the application and for no other persons or concern whatsoever. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and to protect local amenities within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and to prevent the retention and continued use of the mast and equipment by other persons/concerns other than the applicant for the special purposes set out in the application and in accordance with Policies G15 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the mast, dish housing and equipment cabin shall be finished in non reflective materials, details of which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
