Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunication purposes any equipment including the antennas and cabinets shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment.
Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of telecommunication equipment in this area and to
safeguard the character of the area.
