Planning Permission on 10th February 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby permitted shall be removed from the site and the land restored to its former condition, or to a condition first to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, on or before the expiration of one year from the date of this permission. Reason: As permission is only granted due to the special circumstances put forward by the applicant, namely the temporary installation is only necessary while a permanent site share arrangement is completed, and because a permanent installation would not be acceptable due to the harm resulting to the special landscape character of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with policies G1, G15 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of development, samples of the colour finish to the ancillary equipment cabins shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory and to protect the character and appearance of the locality, which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G1, G15 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
