That, within three months of the microwave dishes not being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy, they shall be removed from the site and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to a condition previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to restore this part of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area in the event of the equipment no longer being required in accordance with policies G15 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
