That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That, within three months of the antenna and cabinets hereby approved not being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy, they shall be removed from the site and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to a condition previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to restore the character and appearance of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the event of the equipment no longer being required in accordance with policies G15 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That, prior to the commencement of any work, details of the colour finish to the additional cabinets hereby approved shall be submitted and agreed in writing. Thereafter all works shall take place in accordance with these details. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G15 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
