Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the mast, antenna and equipment cabin hereby permitted shall be painted olive green (BS4800 10C39) within three months of having been installed on site and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory and to protect the character
and appearance of the locality, which lies within the Chiltern's Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty in accordance with policies G15 and C2 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That within 3 months of the mast not being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the site together with the antenna, equipment cabin and compound and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to a condition previously agreed in writing witht the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to restore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the event of the
equipment no longer being required in accordance with policies G15 and C2 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the compound and BT connection route hereby permitted shall be sited at least 6 metres from the trunk of the Sycamore Trees sited to the south west of the proposed installation unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the health of the trees along the north western boundary of the site
that contribute to the amenity of the area in accordance with policy C16 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing Sycamore and Conifer trees on the western boundary of the application site shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress in accordance with the scheme first to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter all works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme.
Reason: To safeguard the health of the trees along the western boundary of the site that
are protected by a Tree Preservation Order in accordance with policy C16 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no works shall commence on site until there has been submitted to and approved in writing details of the foundations for the compound hereby approved. The development shall be carried out fully in accordance with these details unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the health of the trees along the north western boundary of the site
that contribute to the amenity of the area in accordance with policy C16 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
