That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That within 3 months of the dish not being used for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the site together with any associated equipment and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to a condition previously agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to restore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the event of the equipment no longer being required in accordance with policies G15 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
