That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That within 3 months of the microwave dish not being required for the reception of transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the site and the building shall be restored to its former condition before the dish was erected or to a condition previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to restore the character and appearance of this part of the Henley-on- Thames
Conservation Area in the event of the equipment no longer being required in accordance
with Policies G15 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan
