Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to any works commencing on site details of the colour of the paint finish to be used on the microcell shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall take place in accordance with these details and be retained as such. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON6 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the fixings necessary to secure the microcell to the chimney shall be inserted into the mortar joints and not onto the brickwork unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON6 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
