Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy TE1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (First Deposit) Draft

That within the first planting season following commencement of the development, two replacement trees shall be planted in accordance with a planting scheme which shall first be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The new trees shall be retained and maintained. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G15 of the adotpted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy TE1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (First Deposit) Draft
