That having regard to its appearance and location adjoining and adjacent to several buildings included on the list of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest (Grade II) and the Cholsey Conservation Area the proposed 15 metre monopole mast together with the associated antennae would constitute an intrusive form of development which would detract from the visual amenity of the area and be detrimental to the setting of those adjoining and adjacent listed buildings and to the character and appearance of the Cholsey Conservation Area contrary to policies G15, Con 7, Con 8 and Con 15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
