Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the mast and dish housing shall be finished in non-reflective materials details of which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing ground levels of the site shall not be raised nor shall there be spoil or materials as a result of and following completion of the development deposited or stored on the site lying within the area liable to flood. Reason: To prevent the increased risk of flooding due to impedance of flood flows and reduction of flood storage capacity and in accordance with Policy G16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the fencing around the site to form the compound shall be so designed so as to be capable of being permeable to flood water. Reason: To prevent obstruction to the flow and storage of flood water with a consequent increased risk of flooding in accordance with Policy G16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That when no longer required for telecommunication purposes the pole, equipment cabin and associated structures shall be dismantled and removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenity of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
