Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within one month of the erection of the new mast the existing mast shall be demolished and removed from the land.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with 
               Policy G15 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within the first planting season following the construction of the cabinets screening shall be planted in the location specified on plan reference 10/OXF0006/102B, in accordance with a planting scheme to be first submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with 
               Policy G15 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
