Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the cabinet shall be coloured anthracite grey. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G15 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the landscaping scheme, as shown on plan ref. P/2577U/GEN/002/B, accompanying the application, shall be implemented in the first planting season following the implementation of the development, and shall be so retained and maintained. In the event of any plants dying, they shall be replaced within the following planting season and so retained and maintained. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G15 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
