That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 91454/930/100/01P, 02P and 03P accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the extension be constructed in materials of the same type, texture and colour to match those used in the existing building. Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development.
