Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a full schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any works. The schedule shall include full details of alterations to the doors, windows, floors, stairs, ceilings, drainage, the roof of the gun room and the floor of the playroom. In addition, the schedule will include details of any roof, rainwater goods or other external repairs. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON1, CON3 and CON5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
