Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That a brick and stone panel demonstrating the materials, bonding, coursing and mortar mix to be used in the construction of the wall shall be first erected on the site and then approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works of construction commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed wall and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy Con 4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not commence until a detailed specification of the gate piers, the gates and the capping and the capping material for the wall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed wall and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy Con 4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
