That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 94361/921/006/2894B, 2873A and 2900A accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31/03/05 the buildings be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the buildings shall be renovated to the satisfaction of the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) no later than 31/5/02. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring property.
