That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 8.30 am and 6 pm Mondays to Fridays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with policy
G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the premises shall be used only in connection with the Cavendish Mobile Home Park and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with policy G1 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing workshop on the site shall be demolished and the materials therefrom shall be cleared from the site within one month of the date of this decision notice.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with
policies G1 and G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
