Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That no demolition shall take place until a contract has been entered into for the redevelopment of the site in accordance with planning permission reference P01/W0917 or with such other planning permission as may be granted on the site and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority as appropriate for the purposes of this condition. Reason: That demolition works would be harmful to the character of the Wallingford Conservation Area unless part of a satisfactory redevelopment.

That the external walls on and adjacent to the site revealed by demolition works shall be made good within 3 months of works commencing in accordance with details submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason:
