That the gates to be installed into the wall shall be side-hung vertically boarded gates of the dimensions illustrated on the approved plans (reference 519/03 [revision A]).

Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with 
               policies H12, G8 and CON7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within three months of the installation of the gates into the wall they shall be stained dark brown/black.
