Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the land shall be used only as a non-static site for caravans and tents for holiday and recreational purposes between 1 February and 31 December in any one year and all caravans and tents shall be removed from the land on or before 31 December in each year.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and in accordance with Policy TSM10 of 
               the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the aggregate number of caravans and tents on the land at any one time shall not exceed 111 (one hundred and eleven).

Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, to protect local amenities and in the interests of 
               highway safety and convenience.

That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Mr Edward Lindsay Townsend and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.

Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances.
