Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers LB/P/01, LB/P/02 and LB/P/03 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on 31/1/2007 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the hours for the playgroup sessions shall be restricted to the following times: 9.15 am to 11.45 am and 12.30 pm to 2.45 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive. Reason: To reduce the impact of parent parking by staggering times in relation to the hours operated by the adjoining school.

That the playgroup shall prepare a Travel Plan that is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) and put into operation by 30 June 2002. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable methods of transport.

That the Travel Plan referred to in condition 4 shall require that all parents delivering and collecting their children to and from the playgroup by car shall agree to park in the Civic Hall car park and nowhere else. Reason: To prevent further traffic congestion in Lydalls Close at the beginning and end of the school day.
