Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, because of the amplified music associated with the functions held within the marquee, the proposal represents an unneighbourly form of development contrary to policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the proposal would detract form the natural beauty and special landscape quality of the surrounding area which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  As such the proposal would be contrary to polices G2, G5 and EN4 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan and policies G1, G5, C1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the proposal represents an alien and intrusive feature within the North Stoke Conservation Area that fails to preserve its character and appearance and would be contrary to policies CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
