That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, H12, CON 6 and CON 8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, H12, CON 7 and CON 8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1, H12 CON 7 and CON 8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
