That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That, prior to the first use of either unit, the parking area shall be laid out in accordance with the details which accompanied the agent's letter dated 12 November 2001, such spaces to be then kept available for the parking of private motor vehicles. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
