Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the drawing numbers Z610/01, Z610/02 RevA and Z610/03 RevA accompanying such application, as amended by drawing number Z610/02 B except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the amended application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the landscaping of the site including the planting of live shrubs, hedging and the treatment of the hard surfaces as detailed in the attached letter dated 17 December 2001 and the drawing number Z610/02B shall be implemented as approved within 12 months of the commencement of the approved development and thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme to the complete satisfaction of the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning). In the event of any shrubs and hedging so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 3 years of the completion of the development a new shrub or hedging plant or equivalent number of shrubs or hedging plants as the case may be of a species first approved by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) be planted and properly maintained in a position first approved by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning). Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment for the development.

That the roof of the shelter as shown on drawing number Z610/03 RevA shall be constructed using a twin-wall polycarbonate sheet. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.

That no development shall commence until details of a timber fascia to be provided at each end of the shelter to screen the rafters and roof have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning). Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.

That the 1.8m high close boarded boundary fence as shown on drawing number Z610/02 B shall only be erected from the end of the existing close boarded boundary fence to the front of school site. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.

That any necessary works next to or pruning of existing trees shall be carried out in a sympathetic manner and following consultation with the County's Forester. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
