Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the brick piers for the car port, the brick plinth for the conservatory and the external walls on the dining room extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of
             the adopted South Oxfordshire local Plan.
