That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That within one month of the commencement of works the whole of the building shall be demolished and all materials therefrom shall be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Ewelme Conservation Area in accordance with Policies Con 8 and Con 9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
