Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Mr G C Nutt and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and in order to comply with Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of 5 years of the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment and in order to comply with Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date hereof or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by the present occupier, whichever is the earlier, the caravan be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To safeguard the privacy and residential amenity of occupiers of the adjoining property and to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
