That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the fence shall be stained in a colour details of which to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to its erection and the fence shall be stained such colour within three months of its construction and maintained as such. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
