Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the plinth supporting the frame of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall match in colour and material finish those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application the frame of the conservatory shall be constructed in timber and painted white and thereafter so retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
