That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the plinth supporting the frame of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies Con 6, Con 10 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall match in colour and material finish those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies Con 6, Con 10 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application the frame of the conservatory shall be constructed in timber and painted white and thereafter retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies Con 6, Con 10 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
