Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the external walls of the multi-purpose barn shall be constructed with horizontal dark stained timber boarding.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C8 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C8 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire local Plan.
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

adopted South oxfordshire Local Plan.
The number of horses to be kept in the multi-purpose barn shall not exceed 3 at any one time.
Reason: In view of the proximity of dwellings and to ensure that the development is not
unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1and C8 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the siting for the storage of horse and other animal manure and methods for its removal and the removal of other agricultural waste from the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In view of the proximity of dwellings and to ensure that the development is not
unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1and C8 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
