That a scheme showing the treatment of the hardstanding and the materials for the new pillar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Brightwell-cum-Sotwell 
             Conservation Area.
