Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the office and premises approved by this permission shall enure for the benefit of the occupant of 40 Church Road, Sandford-on-Thames, and not for the benefit of the land.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies E9, GB3 and G5 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That at the expiration of 1 year from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area
can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on
this assessment and to comply with Policies E9, GB3 and G5 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That access to the forecourt of the premises shall be available for all vehicles arriving at the premises in connection with the use hereby permitted.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to comply with Policy G10 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That any parking in connection with the use hereby permitted shall not take place in any location other than the forecourt of the premises.
