That the doorway to St Martins Street shall not be widened until a detailed specification of the materials, finish and moulding details of the new doors and surround have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in   
             accordance with Policies G1 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire      
             Local Plan.
