Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of this
curtilage listed building in accordance with policies G1, CON6 and CON10
of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, the existing window in the west elevation of the pool house shall be retained in accordance with details submitted in accordance with the requirements of condition 2 of this consent.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of this
curtilage listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10
of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the fireplace to the east gable shall be repaired and restored as stated in the list of scheduled works accompanying the application and a detailed specification of the works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the
curtilage listed building in accordance with policies G1, CON6 and CON10
of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
